If your bill says "E" in the field marked 'Reading Code' this means the billing department was unable to obtain an actual meter reading for your meter and you are receiving estimated bills. Please call 914-989-1908 to schedule an appointment.

Please Note: There is a 3.25% convenience fee for paying by credit card (with a $2.50 minimum) and $1 flat fee for paying by electronic check.

Attention Residents

Penalties will be applied retroactively from 02-28-2025 forward for monthly bills and 4-30-2025 for quarterly bills.

A 1% monthly late fee will be added to any current charges not paid by the due date listed on your bill, up to a maximum of 12%.
